📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days .
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–4 business days from the date of dispatch

• Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location, product type, and courier availability

• We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition

📍 Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will reach out to discuss alternatives or issue a full refund.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: FREE for all prepaid orders above ₹999

• Orders below ₹999: A small shipping fee of ₹49 applies

• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49 extra (regardless of order amount)

🛠️ Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Some of our decor products are custom-made or personalized. These may take 1–2 additional days to prepare before shipping. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order anytime using the provided link.

🚨 Delays or Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to:

• Unforeseen weather or logistic issues

• Remote delivery locations

• National holidays or festivals

❗Order Not Delivered?

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please report it within 24 hours for resolution. After this window, we may be unable to verify or claim the delivery.
