1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
✅ The item is unused and in its original packaging
✅ The product is not damaged or altered
✅ You provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)
Note: Due to the handcrafted and customizable nature of many of our products, customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items on clearance or marked “Final Sale”
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
- Your order ID
We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order ID, reason for return, and relevant photos if applicable. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, we will:
- Inspect the item within 2–4 business days
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error: We cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal preference: Customer bears the return shipping cost.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, the order is sent for processing and cannot be cancelled.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
